The R2B2 Robot features a POWERED* pre-stretch unit to maximize film efficiency from 200% up to 300%.
Using an electronic photo-eye, the R2B2 automatically recognizes load size, height, and adjusts carriage travel to create an effective wrap cycle with consistent pre-stretch tensions on every load.
The robot offers a soft start and soft stop feature to ensure gentle handling of the load being wrapped.
The unit features provide for increased production and a cost per load savings that can easily justify owning an Eagle R2B2 robot stretch wrapper. This machine shows up for work every day ready to wrap 175 to 275 pallets *
The maintenance of the machine is extremely low as this machine was developed to run.

Special Note
This machine is only actually sold and delivered after an arranged demo on-site at the specific facility that will use the unit. These machines are very different from the standard turntable and overhead rotary machines and need to be qualified.
It is required that the customer do a demo test and approve in writing that the machine does, in fact, work for them as needed in their facility for their specific skid configurations. This way the machine has been qualified to work for the customer in their facility and all questions have been covered prior to purchase and delivery.
